I remember presenting a BCI seminar in late February about three weeks before the Covid lockdown, and although the subject was not Covid, there was a reasonable amount of discussion about it over coffee. The earlier we mitigate the effects of the Grey Rhino, the less impact they will have. Three weeks later, we were all locked down.
