I think it explains the concept very well………… “The trend for resilience is being driven by a number of converging issues: speed of technology advancement; the increase cost of downtime; and evolution of instant (social) media. These three things mean that organizations can face potentially corporate reputation damaging incidents, without having time to respond or mitigate”.

As we are starting working with another part of the organisation to achieve BS25999 it was important to learn the lessons before starting up a second project. Point learned to date are:- a.
