Yesterday I attended a seminar on ‘Managing Community Cohesion After Major Terrorist Attacks’ at the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters in Glasgow. People are vocal during disasters and will turn to social media to express their emotions, post their videos, pictures and even live stream the event.

This should include going to seminars, reading incident reports and looking at the news.
